The X-static Guide (patent pending) combines the best of dynamic navigation and static guides for edentulous dental implant surgeries.  The patient specific tracker arm mount is seated into position with a removable occlusal positioning device.  The X-static Guide is then fixated with bi-cortical fixation screws ensuring a rigid attachment that will not become loose during surgery.  The screws are designed around the planned implant placements so as to not to interfere with implant insertion.  The top of the mount serves as a bone reduction guide.  Attachments on the foundation guide can also serve as anchors to seat and pick up an immediate provisional component at the time of surgery.  The next level in full arch immediate load implant surgery.
